In order to minimize the inevitable trauma of house selling it is essential to employ an agent who is scrupulously honest, of high integrity and well established in the area. Absolute trust in the estate agent chosen is of paramount importance.

We have over the years, moved home several times, and on one occasion been involved with an agent lacking in integrity and this was distressing for us.

Recently I was required to help my grandmother and grandfather sell their house in Cheltenham. As I’m located four hours drive from Sydney, this was going to be a task in itself. I decided to contact all of the local agents that service the area and see what they have on offer.

Once I had received all of the information from the six agents I had chosen to contact, there was in my view one stand out agent in the area, that being Beecroft Real Estate, and more to the point Steve Evans.

We initially came across Steven as the agent for the house that we have now bought. 

We found Steven very helpful in advising us and ‘getting us across the line’ particularly as we were away on holiday at the time the purchase offers were being made.
